By purchasing my products, you are agreeing to follow my terms of service.

Personal Use Only - Avatars are for private, personal use. Upload only to your own account. Public uploads are prohibited.

Checkout Information - You must provide accurate information at checkout. Failure may result in a shop ban. For gifts, include both purchaser and recipient details.

File Sharing & Permissions - Do not share files under any circumstances, including commissions, uploads, or edits. If you wish to commission someone to edit one of my avatars for you, you must open a ticket in my Discord server first & request permission.

Leaks & Illegal File Sharing - Leaking or distributing files to servers, websites, or others will result in a permanent ban and may lead to DMCA takedowns or legal action. Any sensitive information provided at checkout can & will be used to file proper legal forms & report submissions.

Avatar Asset Usage - You may not extract, reuse, or resell any assets (including heads or bodies) from my avatars for personal or commercial purposes.

Credit Requirement - If avatars are used for revenue (streaming, adult content, videos, tiktoks, etc.), credit is required: “(Avatar Name) by Mynk” in the description.

Editing Guidelines - You may freely edit my avatars. (hair, clothing, textures, colors, etc.) Minimal body/head sculpt changes are allowed. Must leave at least 2 original meshes on the avatar. Always credit me as original creator.

Design Integrity - Replicating or taking inspiration from my avatars is not permitted.

Usage Rights - Assets may be personal, commercial, free, public, or Nitro use. Please review each product’s license details before purchase as some of my products are not allowed on free avatars.

Commercial Use & Credit - If used on avatars for commercial sale, public credit is required. Please link directly to the product page.

Restrictions - Do not extract, reuse, replicate, or modify parts of my assets for resale. Do not take inspiration from my assets.

store ban policy:

If you believe you were banned in error, you may open a support ticket in the Spellbound Discord server to request a review. Please note that existing blacklists or prior bans from other creators might impact the outcome of your ban.

Any individual found sharing my avatars, assets, or otherwise engaging in unauthorized use of my content will receive an immediate, permanent ban with no exceptions.

All of my content for purchase is non-refundable. If you have any serious issues with purchases please DM me personally on Discord or create a ticket in my server.
